  • 4 Sq. Mtr. Stall: US$ 1800/- per city plus 18% GST
  • 6 Sq. Mtr. Stall: US$ 2400/- per city plus 18% GST
  • High School Visits: US$ 800/- per city plus 18% GST
    (Table Space and Presentation in 2 High Schools)

* Please be informed that the slots available for High School Visits are all booked, we are now accepting the application on a waitlisted basis only.

These charges cover participation in each respective city.

  • 20% Early Bird Discount: Available for bookings with full payment made before 15th June 2024.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to accommodate cancellations with fairness and clarity. Please note the following conditions:

  • 120 days prior to the event: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee)
  • 119 to 60 days prior to the event: 25% refund (75% cancellation fee)
  • 59 to 30 days prior to the event: 10% refund (90% cancellation fee)
  • Less than 30 days prior to the event: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
  • In all cases, a 10% cancellation processing charge will apply.
