Participation Procedure

  1. Download the Brochures, Floor Plans, Booking Form from the following links:
  2. Fax or email the booking form duly filled to the office of Global Events & Expositions Pvt. Ltd. (GEEPL)
  3. Upon receipt of the booking form, GEEPL will fax or email the invoice for payment.
  4. Transfer the participation charges electronically to the account of GEEPL.
  5. Fax or email the transfer slip / remittance slip to the office of GEEPL.
  6. Upon receipt of the participation charges, GEEPL will fax or email the receipt for payment.
  7. Booths will be allocated by GEEPL upon receipt of full payment and the allocations are on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
  8. GEEPL will send the booth confirmation intimation along with booth number 15 days prior to the fair to each exhibitor / participant.
  9. Exhibitors / Participants can fax or email their requests to the office GEEPL for invitation letter for visa, if necessary.
